Placing the order

The prices and offers presented on the website are valid solely and exclusively for online orders made at www.sjuan.es.
The validation of the order by the client expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general contracting conditions as part of the conclusion of the contract. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by www.sjuan.es constitutes proof of all the transactions carried out between www.sjuan.es and its clients. www.sjuan.es will file the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and it will be accessible.
Once the purchase has been made and as soon as possible, always before 24 hours have elapsed from the execution of the purchase, the Customer Service of www.sjuan.es will send you a proof of purchase by e-mail. If you do not agree with the data contained in said confirmation, you can request their modification, cancellation of the order or cancellation of the contract.
Product Availability
The selection of products offered on www.sjuan.es is valid as long as the products are visible on the website, with the limits of available stock. As it is electronic commerce, the stock is updated online, so it could happen, eventually, that during the purchase process the stock runs out, not being able, therefore, in these cases, to continue with the sale started.
In the event that there is a stock break or occasional unavailability of an item, www.sjuan.es will contact you to notify you immediately and give you a new delivery date or, if it is not possible to serve you said product, proceed to its annulment.
The products sold are exactly those that appear in the corresponding image, regardless of the description or data that appears in the text attached to the product.
SAN JUAN NOTES COINS, SL reserves the right to exclude users it deems.
In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will not entitle the customer to demand any compensation.
GUARANTEES AND CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a minimum period of 14 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19.).
You just have to send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. It is very important that you return the exchange or return products perfectly packaged. In the event that the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse and verify that all the above conditions are met, SAN JUAN NOTES COINS, SL will manage the refund of the money.
Returns
Any package that you want to return will have to be sent through a transport company. We advise you to protect your item(s), as you will be responsible for any possible damage(s) suffered during the trip. If the return is made within the period covered by the guarantee and because it is a procedure related to it, the User will have to send the package to the SAN JUAN NOTES COINS, SL After-Sales Service, clearly indicating the reason. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation of Purchases.
The user can cancel the purchase process as long as it has not been fully processed and has not left our warehouse. In order to ensure said cancellation by the client, it is advisable to contact us by telephone and send the Withdrawal form duly completed. In case the order has been sent before your call, then it will be considered as a return.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipments can be made anywhere in the world, EXCLUDING:
Shipments will be made through a courier company (24/48 hour service) or through Correos (letter/certified package) or the NACEX platform.
POSTAL TRANSPORT – Shipping time Between 48 to 72 hours
For weight less than 500 grams:

NACEX TRANSPORT — Shipping time 24 hours

The delivery schedule will be between 9 in the morning and 7 in the afternoon in capitals and large cities. Deliveries will always be to the indicated address and under the signature of the recipient.
Payment for the product and transport to destination will be made in advance according to one of the following forms of payment:
– VISA or Mastercard (through BBVA’s secure payment gateway).
– Paypal.
– Bank transfer or account deposit: for this purpose, you must send us proof of payment by email ( compraventa@sjuan.es ) and we will send you the order as soon as said deposit is verified.

It will be necessary to take into account that if the shipping address is the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra, they will have to go through customs, and any expenses derived from this procedure will be borne by the buyer.
Reimbursement of amounts paid
The refund will be made through bank transfer.
www.sjuan.es will not refund the amount or carry out any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the item being returned or exchanged has been verified in our warehouses. The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order, except transport costs, which will only be returned in the event that www.sjuan.es is responsible for the cause of returning the product. Once the correct condition of the returned product has been verified, www.sjuan.es will proceed to reimburse the amount within a maximum period of 15 days.
Applicable legislation. Submission to fueros
Purchases made on www.sjuan.es are subject to Spanish law.
In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be those provided by the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction, in which is attended, in the case of final consumers, to the place of fulfillment of the obligation or to the domicile of the purchasing party.
In the event that the purchasing party is domiciled outside of Spain, or that it is a sale made by a company, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Viveiro, Lugo ( Spain)
